Triggers and trauma.

Once you know the trauma from past years that are deeply ingrained in your subconscious and can be triggered causing deeply embedded trauma to come to the surface. You can build defenses to the upheaval, but if you have the state of mind to try to defend, you can say “I’m done.”. and let it go… I have to remind myself all the time that it’s only subconscious defensive reaction overblown. Medication sometimes makes repression worse because you haven’t let it out. So let it out, let it rain, let it hurt and bleed.

Then let it go.
